BOOKING POLICY

Please review the following before confirming your session or event. These guidelines are in place to protect your time, your experience, and the studio itself.

Appointments
All bookings are by appointment only. Walk-ins are not permitted. Sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled within 5 days of your original booking date.

Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your session. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.

Late Arrivals
A 15-minute grace period is offered for late arrivals. After that, a $25 late fee will be charged unless we’ve been notified in advance.

Cancellations
Cancellations made within the 5-day window are not eligible for a refund. A new booking and full payment will be required to reschedule outside of the grace period.
