Luxury Point Studio is Jacksonville’s premier all-white studio space, a place where photographers, filmmakers, brands, and hosts bring their ideas to life. We’re more than just a studio; we’re a creative home built on intention, versatility, and community.
Where the Vision Started
When Felicia V., a Jacksonville-based photographer, couldn’t find the kind of space she needed, clean, modern, filled with light, she built her own. In 2022, Luxury Point Studio opened its doors as the first of its kind in the city, offering a minimalist, high-ceilinged, fully adaptable creative space for shoots, events, and everything in between.
What started as a personal solution quickly became a local hub for big ideas, welcoming national brands, production teams, artists, and everyday people who simply want something better.
Luxury Point is a studio space, yes, but it’s also a love letter to creatives who deserve options, a nod to community, and a statement that you don’t have to leave Jacksonville to create something iconic.

Meet Felicia V.
Felicia is a photographer, visionary, and creative entrepreneur with a passion for building what she couldn’t find. From weddings to commercial shoots, she’s always believed that the right space can transform a shoot, and that community can thrive inside luxury.
She created Luxury Point not just as a solution for her own work, but as a way to elevate Jacksonville’s creative scene, offering local artists and national brands alike a space that feels just as high-end as L.A., Miami, or New York, but with real roots.
