TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Luxury Point Studio. By booking our space or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Studio Use & Access

  • The studio is available by appointment only.
     

  • Clients are responsible for their time, including setup and breakdown within their reserved window.
     

  • Any additional time will be billed in accordance with our hourly rates and subject to availability.
     

  • The space must be returned in the same condition it was found.
     

2. Booking & Payment

  • Bookings are secured via our online platform and require full payment to confirm.
     

  • All bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.
     

  • We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule bookings in the event of emergencies or maintenance issues.
     

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may request to reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice.
     

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in loss of booking fee.
     

  • No-shows will forfeit the full booking amount.
     

4. Studio Rules

  • No smoking, vaping, or open flames are allowed inside the studio.
     

  • Children must be supervised at all times.
     

  • Glitter, confetti, body oils, or other materials that cause staining or require deep cleaning are prohibited unless previously approved.
     

  • Any damage to furniture, equipment, or the space will result in a damage fee.
     

 

5. Event Rentals

  • Event bookings must include setup and cleanup time in the reservation.
     

  • Alcohol is only permitted with prior written approval and proper licensing (if required).
     

  • Maximum guest capacity must be adhered to (outlined in your agreement).
     

  • Security may be required for certain events, depending on size and scope.
     

 

6. Photography & Content Use

  • Luxury Point Studio reserves the right to request access to behind-the-scenes content or to reshare approved client content for marketing purposes (with credit).
     

  • Any unauthorized commercial use of the studio’s name, likeness, or imagery is not permitted without written consent.
     

7. Liability Waiver

  • Luxury Point Studio is not liable for personal injury, lost items, or damages incurred during your rental.
     

  • Clients are responsible for the actions of their guests, crew, and vendors while using the space.
     

  • We recommend securing your own insurance if you’re hosting a large production or public event.

9. Right to Refuse Service

Luxury Point Studio reserves the right to cancel or deny bookings that violate our values, safety policies, or intended use of the space. This includes but is not limited to: hate speech, unsafe conditions, or disrespectful behavior.
