Our Booking Process
A streamlined approach to ensure your production runs smoothly from inquiry to wrap.
DAY 1-2
Inquiry & Consultation
Submit your production details through our booking form. Our studio manager will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your specific needs and requirements.
1-2 WEEKS BEFORE
Pre-Production Planning
Our production coordinator works with your team on logistics, equipment needs, and scheduling. We'll arrange a technical walkthrough if needed.
DAY 3-5
Proposal & Deposit
Receive a detailed proposal outlining studio rates, equipment, and services. A 50% deposit secures your booking date in our calendar.
PRODUCTION DATE
Production Day
Arrive to a fully prepared studio with your requested setup. Our on-site team provides technical support throughout your production.
Payment Terms
We accept all major credit cards, ACH transfers, and corporate checks. For agency bookings, we offer net-30 terms with approved credit application.

What times are the studio open?Times are subject to change but the studio is currently open from 9am-5pm during the weekday and 9am-5pm on the weekend.

What payment methods do you take?We take all major credit cards. We also have klarna and affirm as an option (when booking 3 options or more). Please email us if you would like to use klarna or affirm.

Does the studio come with a photographer?No, you are responsible for booking your photographer but we absolutely have recommendations for you. You are welcomed to choose your own photographer or you can choose from one of our vetted Exclusive Luxury Point Photographers; located on our home page as well as the studio booking site {when clicking "book the studio" tab}.

I'm a photographer can I book the studio for a styled shoot?Yes! As long as the shoot doesn't exceed a maximum of 7 guest total you can absolutely shoot a styled session here.

How far out can I book Luxury Point Studio?You can book up to 90 days out

Can I book a 1 hour slot?Yes! Currently we have 1 hour booking availability via the " Book The Studio" tab.

Is there a makeup artist on site?No, We love giving you the choice to bring in who you'd like!

Are we allowed to move furniture?You can move any of the chairs and small items; We ask that you do not drag and that you pick up the item to move it. If you want to move the large couch, mirror or end table please ask the studio manager for assistance.

Can I bring my own props?Yes! you are more than welcome to bring your own props as long as they fit through a standard doorway! Do not drag any props across floor we ask that you pick it up to move it.

Where are you located?We are located in the riverside area of Jacksonville, Florida! Upon booking you will receive exact location and address!

Is there a person limit?Yes, only the persons shooting or involved with the shoot are allowed no extra guest or kids allowed if they are not apart of the shoot. However with our large 3000 square foot place we can accommodate up to 80 people. Please be sure to add the fee for 7+ persons on the time selection screen if you are having more than 7+ persons during your booking.

Can I book for a video shoot?Yes! We welcome video as well!

Can I have events?Yes our space doubles an event space. For events choose from the event rental tab.
