Our Booking Process
A streamlined approach to ensure your production runs smoothly from inquiry to wrap.
DAY 1-2
Inquiry & Consultation
Submit your production details through our booking form. Our studio manager will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your specific needs and requirements.
1-2 WEEKS BEFORE
Pre-Production Planning
Our production coordinator works with your team on logistics, equipment needs, and scheduling. We'll arrange a technical walkthrough if needed.
DAY 3-5
Proposal & Deposit
Receive a detailed proposal outlining studio rates, equipment, and services. A 50% deposit secures your booking date in our calendar.
PRODUCTION DATE
Production Day
Arrive to a fully prepared studio with your requested setup. Our on-site team provides technical support throughout your production.
Payment Terms
We accept all major credit cards, ACH transfers, and corporate checks. For agency bookings, we offer net-30 terms with approved credit application.
